Moving to the Gizmo Arts Building | Fall 2026
What began as a gallery inside a neighborhood coffee shop is growing into a dedicated contemporary art space.
This fall, Merge Modern will open its new home on the ground floor of the Gizmo Arts Building in downtown Albuquerque.
Merge Modern is dedicated to showcasing contemporary art from New Mexico and beyond through thoughtfully curated exhibitions, events, and meaningful community engagement.

This expanded exhibition brings together a dynamic group of artists working across a range of mediums, continuing a celebration of creative voices, perspectives, and contemporary art rooted in New Mexico.
